CC-502 Cinfed Credit Union

Cinfed Credit Union - I've been getting a CC-502 error since 7/15. I keep being told it was escalated, but this is going a bit too far. What can I do to get this resolved?

    Yes I've followed those steps, I've also contacted Quicken support a number of times. Here is the list of ticket ID's that have been created so far:

    When it gets escalated the escalation team comes back and tells me it is an issue with my bank login credentials. But that can't be the case. I log into my bank on a regular basis with the same credentials. When I attempt to log in with Quicken, it asks for the MFA code and then gives me a CC-502 error code. If the credentials were incorrect I would receive a CC-503 error code. I've also contacted my bank and had them try to resolve the issue from their end with no luck.
