Can't get Quicken to work on second computer, Won't let me sign in. (sign in disappears)

Hi..Copied data file and downloaded Quicken. Quicken starts, data file opens, looks good, then Quicken sign in opens but before I can enter anything (email or password), sign in blob either goes blank or disappears completely, leaving me with a blank Quicken screen with just File/Help and unable to do anything. Tried reinstalling Quicken, updating Windows, not many other things I can think of.
Any thought/ideas would be greatly appreciated.
