Why does OSU summary appear with an error "unable to update bills"?

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue, although I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with updating your online billers. I'm wondering if the billers might need to be revalidated causing the issue of them not updating. You can double check this by going to the bills and income tab. From there in the top right select the gear dropdown. You should then be able to select the validate billers option; Once you've done this try running the OSU and see if you get the same error message. 

    Once you get a chance to try these steps, please let us know what you find.  From there we'll better understand our next steps/options.
