Why wont quicken sync with the most recent transactions?

When I go to my Quicken account on the desktop I press the sync button and it acts like it bout 5 days does it but somehow its about 5 days off from the bank.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue, although I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with syncing. I'm wondering here where we're exactly having trouble. Are we having trouble downloading transactions through Quicken or are transactions not syncing correctly to the cloud to be viewable. If it is downloads could you also let us know what FI we're having trouble with. This will give us a better idea of what's happening.

    Once you get a chance please let us know know more.  From there we'll better understand our next steps/options.
