Quicken App for iPhone will not update balance on one account with version on laptop

Same as the question - my quicken app on my iphone balance on one account does not match balance of that one account on my laptop.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue, although I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with accounts syncing in the mobile app. I'm wondering here if we might need to remove and resync the account from the sync to see if that might help.

    We should be able to do this in the mobile and web section. Once clicking on this tab in the bottom right click on the blue line in the bottom right that is (X) eligible accounts. Select remove the checkmark from the account and update accounts. Click Sync now in the top right. After doing so repeat the process but add the account instead.

    Once you get a chance to try these steps, please let us know what you find.  If you're still having issues let us know.
