Issue downloading account transactions on one account.

One of my accounts is not downloading transactions into the register. This is not a new account, but suddenly the transactions are not going into the register. I can see the transactions in the Online Center (Tools>Online Center) but they are not in the register. At the bottom of the screen where the downloaded transactions should be, there is nothing. The continue button is available there, but, when I click on it, nothing happens. I have been using quicken for many years, and this is the only account I seem to be having an issue with.
