Opening Balances Change on Checking and Savings

I have had 3 occurrences where my Checking and Savings accounts were off. So fat it has been with Chase accounts. The opening balances suddenly change from $0.0 to $19.37 or $0.4 or $0.3.
I've also had issue with the transactions downloading completely. The update summary would say it downloaded 5 transactions, when I checked, there were none. When I did a manual download, 3 transactions appeared.
The first time it took me quite a while to find the trouble, now when it doesn't match, it's the first thing I check. Anyone else having a similar issue? Any ideas what is driving this?

If you are synching accounts with the Quicken Cloud, you may want to stop or, at least, reset the cloud account associated with the Quicken file: https://www.quicken.com/support/what-quicken-cloud0
