How do I update my Quicken with Version R35.26? I keep getting an error.

My Quicken on my PC laptop (Windows 10) isn't working. It will download but won't update. Says "The process cannot access the file 'C:\ProgramData\Quicken\Inet\Common\patch\quickenPatch\w5515\base\RPMMigration\MigrationTool.exe' because it is being used by another process."
