OL-362 - Download errors

I am periodically getting OL-362 errors on my brokerage accounts while executing a "One step update". What's interesting is that I only get these errors after uploading a .QFX file (non brokerage account). I know that closing/reopening Quicken is a workaround for this error. Any ETA for a fix for this issue?

  • Yes I have reviewed that before it is only a temporary fix but the issue still reoccurs so unfortunately that article is not very helpful
  • In addition it’s really inconvenient to have to Disable and then reestablish your downloads it’s just quicker to sign off of Quicken and sign back in again
