Citi Bank CC503 error

Within the last few days I cannot contact Citi Bank through Quicken. I can log onto my Citi account directly and log in. When I try to update my Citi accounts into quicken I get this CC503 error. in Quicken. Error reads: " We can't log you on because CITI card is telling us that your log in information is in correct" I guess this is similar to all the CC501 complaints I see.

    CITI: having the same issue.>>The support article did not resolve the issue.. Spoke to Customer Support - known issue- and I was told it could take up to 1-2 weeks to resolve the issue. Told to check back next Monday to see if it was resolved.
