Quicken is not allowing "Report a Problem" to send

I have tried several times to Report a Problem via the Account Download Summary screen and via Help --> Report A Problem
Each time Quicken gives an error that it is unable to send the problem.

Any suggestions to get Report a Problem to work?
Is there any other way to report a problem online?

Thank you. I checked with Quicken support and they had me sign out and login again to my Quicken cloud account and it fixed the issue.

Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Community. I apologize you are having this issue. To better assist you I need more information. For instance, what version are you using? Also what files did you select to send. The screenshot cut out the first portion.
To check the version being used select Help >About Quicken.
Please provide further detail so we may move forward in diagnosing/escalating this issue as needed.
