New release corrupted data, can't reconcile, need help

>:) The latest release/update seems to have corrupted my data file, and as a result my opening balance is off. I have added a plug number to make my quicken balance foot to my bank balance, but as a result of a difference in the opening balance, I can't reconcile. I have 20 years of data in my file, so reentering is not an option. Please advise with how to fix this.

    I suggest you restore the backup file Quicken automatically saved for you in the automatic backup folder prior to applying the update.
