I guess if it's old enough, a discussion is closed as solved. This has been an ongoing issue for months. This latest update R35.31. had the same issue of failing because a file was being used by another program. So I totally uninstalled Quicken and reinstalled it. It still had problems with the reinstall but finally decided to cooperate. Now I will wait until the next monthly update rolls out to see if it truly is a solved issue. And why isn't there a tag for updates or software or failed?
