Ability to attach a document in the Bills Tab

It would be really helpful to add your attachment when you pay a bill either before you click pay or when you confirm Instead of having to go to your register and adding it then. I attach alot of docs to my transactions for my rental accounts for record keeping for taxes. If it sends the transaction to the register when you perform this task, I don't see why an attachment couldn't be sent with it some how.
