ONGOING 10/14/21 PNC Bank Returns "ccscrape.141 Error"

Some Quicken for Windows and Mac Users are reporting receiving a CC-505/105 error when attempting to add or update accounts with PNC Bank.

Our teams are monitoring this issue and have confirmed that connections from Quicken are currently being blocked by PNC Bank.

If this error is received, please allow up to 24 hours and then attempt to add/update accounts once more.

    Update 9/14/21: Some users are reporting that they are also repeatedly prompted for MFA when attempting to update their PNC accounts.  Please follow this thread if you are experiencing this issue.

    Update 9/15/21:  We have identified an ongoing issue with PNC Bank OL297A. This issue has been rising and falling since August and does not seem to have consistency in behavior.

    UPDATE 9/17/21: CC-501 AGGR_STATUS_CODE : ccscrape.141

    We have identified a script error with PNC Bank 

     AGGR_STATUS_CODE : ccscrape.141

    This has been escalated internally and are currently working with our service provider to resolve the issue, though we do not have an ETA available.

    RESOLVED: 9/23/21 CC - 505/105/ OL 297

    These three errors have been marked as resolved. CCScrape.141 is still ongoing with no ETA available at this time.
