CC-501 error still not resolved (Ticket #8823579)

Since the beginning of this month, I have been experiencing the CC-501 error whenever I try to update 2 of my accounts--I was directed twice by customer service to watch the post tagged as Ticket #8823579 for a resolution. I just saw in that post that the issue was marked as resolved, but I'm still experiencing the error. I just want to report this so that you know it's not actually fixed. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community and for following up on error CC-501, though I apologize that you still continue to receive this error.

    In that case, I recommend that you reach out to Quicken Support directly. Our support agents will need to collect and review your log files in order to further investigate and will likely be required to re-escalate if they see fit.

    Intuit continues to have difficulty maintaining the Express Web Connect connection method for Quicken.  If you are not willing to accept the unreliability of this connection method, I suggest you use the Direct Connect or the Web Connect connection method if available instead.  If you haven't already, you may want to review: https://www.quicken.com/support/how-quicken-connects-your-bank
