What causes "error accessing disk" when I click the Done button while reconciling an account?

The data file is on a local drive. I moved the file to a different local drive and got the same error.

If your problem isn't caused by a damaged data file, please do this:
Check if Windows Defender Controlled Folder Access feature Ransomware protection is enabled.
If so, configure it to add Quicken as an "allowed app" without turning off Ransomware protection. Perform the last step in:
