Cant add Mechanics Bank account (error CC-501)

I have tried unsuccessfully to connect my Mechanics Bank auto loan with Quicken for several days. When I get the dialog boxes to log in, I almost immediately get "Oops. We're having a problem" associated with error CC-501.
Is there anything I can do to fix this? Or am I depending on Quicken to do it?

Other than contact Quicken Support so that they may know to escalate the issue to Intuit's Express Web Connect support staff, all you may do is wait. Quicken Support may post an alert announcement to https://community.quicken.com/categories/alerts if a sufficient number of Quicken users report the issue. If they do, the alert announcement will provide guidance to enable you may be notified when the issue is resolved and of any further actions that may be necessary.0
