After updating to R35.31, all web express accounts are not downloading transactions

Web express accounts (all credit card accounts) are no longer downloading or updating after the latest update to R35.31. Direct connect accounts download okay.
Is this happening to others?
I regret updating to the new version of Quicken.

It started working again after just a retry. I suspect Quicken servers at Quicken were doing some maintenance. I notice weird connections often occur prior to 8am EST.
