The Cloud Sync Log file should be made more readable

Since the switch over from FDS to QCS for Express Web Connect the Cloud Sync Log is being used for logging the Express Web Connect communication.  Currently this log file is all but impossible to find any useful information on problems with Express Web Connect.

This log file should be more readable to help out debugging of Express Web Connect problems.
(I'm always using the latest Quicken Windows Premier subscription version)
