When will this issue be fixed: Citi Bank Citi Cards CC-502/102

This is our main credit card and it hasn't been able to pull updates for a month. Can this item be prioritized for a fix? We've been a customer of Quicken for the past decade and this issue has been very frustrating since we are now having to hand enter all our transactions.

    Intuit continues to have difficulty maintaining the Express Web Connect connection method for Quicken.  If you are not willing to accept the unreliability of this connection method, I suggest you use the Direct Connect or the Web Connect connection method if available instead.  If you haven't already, you may want to review: https://www.quicken.com/support/how-quicken-connects-your-bank

    Direct connect not supported by Citi, no transactions imported when using Web connect method.
  • Still waiting...a simple password change has turned in to a nightmare! Cannot add Citibank online access. 20 days and counting.

    What happens when you try to connect - do you receive an error code?  Are you able to log-in to your account on the web?

    What happens is the username/password combination is rejected.
