Unable to setup a loan account

  • I am having the same problem as Tim - I try to set up the loan account and it keeps sending me back to the Reminder setup screen.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue, although I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your loan. There are a couple of steps we can attempt here to see if we're able to resolve the issue you're having. The first one we'll want to attempt here is to validate the file. I'll leave steps down below on how to do so. The fourth step will list how to do so as well.

    for the record:
    What version, edition level (Starter, Deluxe, etc.) and release (R xx.xx) of Quicken are you using?
    US, Canadian or other country version?
    What is your subscription expiration date?
