ONGOING 10/14/21 Mortgage Accounts - CC-501/555/155 or ccclient.203

We are investigating reports of some users receiving a CC-501 error or ccclient.203 when attempting to add or update accounts with multiple mortgage specific financial institutions.

This error has been escalated to our service providers for further review and resolution, however, we do not have an ETA on when a solution will be available.

To bring awareness to this emerging issue, we also encourage all users experiencing this error with a mortgage account to contact their Financial Institution to report the error.

    This issue remains ongoing, however the error code may change from the currently seen CC-501/105 to a CC-555/155 error instead.

    Our teams are continuing to work to resolve this issue as quickly as possible, however, we highly encourage any user experiencing this issue to also contact their financial institution to report the error directly.
