to hear that you are experiencing issues with your PNC account. We are currently having issues with PNC but your issue is different. Does it work fine if you don't have PNC selected? When it freezes is anything else having difficulty progressing as well? There could be a couple of causes that are making this freeze so we'll need more details to figure out what exactly is causing the issue.
Once you get the chance please let us know more and we'll see what steps we can take to resolve the issue.
