ONGOING 10/21/21 Bank of Montreal Returns CC-501 Error

Our teams are investigating reports of some User receiving a CC-501 error when attempting to add or update accounts with Bank of Montreal.

This error has been escalated to our service providers for further review and resolution.

    Our teams continue to work to resolve the CC-501 error some users are experiencing when adding or updating accounts with Bank of Montreal, however at this time, this issue continues with no available eta for resolution.
