Cloud Account not found --- AGAIN!

Quicken for Mac latest upgrade....Error when starting online account update and I need to reconnect ALL my accounts. I reconnected one account and then all transactions for that account were duplicated. I restored from various backups, same deal.

It seems that every 2 or 3 years that I need to completely start over with new database and lose all my history. What's the point of sticking with a data product for years when history cannot be maintained over the life of the product? I've been using Quicken for over 20 years and have watched as more & more low-value capabilities get added while the core product continues to destabilize.

Just venting, no need to respond. Goodbye Quicken!!!
