Issues opening/closing Quicken

    I have issues with Quicken Deluxe, subscription version.  Cannot close and then reopen to the same view or balance.  Cannot find page once it is closed.

    Have talked to Quicken also.  At this time I am keeping checks written on a yellow legal pad.  I have used Quicken since you began, different versions, and never a problem.  Now this is unusable as it is.

    When you start Quicken, it does not open to the last view you were in. It always opens to the view stored in Edit / Preferences / Startup / On startup open to [...]
    If you are primariliy working with your checking account register and want Quicken to go to it on startup, set the above Startup preference to the name of your checking account register.
