Quicken is demanding a Data file password, "forgot my password" does nothing.

Quicken is demanding a Data file password, but won't recognize the one I put in. The "forgot my password" does nothing. I just updated a month's worth of transactions and don't want to have to redo them!

Can you tell us which version of Quicken you are running? Did you have a data file password on your file prior to there login problems? have you checked to make sure that you are connected to the internet when you are logging in to Quicken?
