Problems with Updating Investment Accounts

    Multiple attempts to update investments only result in connection and save with no updates taking place. This has been going on for a couple of weeks now. At least 20 tries today.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue, although I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your quotes not downloading. That is odd. Do you know if this first started occurring during an update or did it just stop working one day? The first thing we can attempt to try here is to repair the pricing history. 

    We can repair the pricing history by going across the top to file > validate and repair file > correct investing price history > Repair > ok.

    After doing this let us know if you're seeing any updated amounts this ideally should push forward the amounts. Let us know how it goes!
