Can't download from Vancity since they added multi factor authentication

When I try to download transactions from Vancity, I go through the multi factor authentication process and it appear to succeed, but not transactions are downloaded. Is anyone else having this problem?

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.

    To clarify; are you attempting to download transactions for an existing account that has already been set up and had been working fine in the past, or are you trying to add a new account to your Quicken file?
