Changing Quicken ID e-mail

My e-mail registered with Quicken was taken down due to a Subscription Bomb and thousands of spam e-mails. So I registered a new e-mail with Quicken submitting an e-mail Change Request form. I at least can log into my Quicken account now. However, when I start Quicken - my old e-mail still shows as the Quicken ID.

That means I can't do anything as it is invalid. I have no idea how you remove this and create a new Quicken ID with the new e-mail.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Community. I apologize you are having this issue. If your old Quicken ID is still present, you will need to log out completely from Quicken. 

    To do this select Edit > Preferences  >Quicken ID & Cloud Account >Sign in as a different user. On the pop-up menu type in yes and click sign out at the bottom. When prompted sign in with the new Quicken ID.

    Please attempt the steps above and let us how it goes!
