Quicken Vault

:s Quicken vault login demands a number series for login to my bank. The bank needs letters, symbols and numbers. The two are mutually exclusive. I have logged in via the vault and also via the one step update with the same results. Now what?

    Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Community. I apologize you are having this issue. To better assist you I need more information. Could you elaborate further on what the issue is? Just to clarify, the vault password can be thought of as a "catch-all" password that is used when updating your bank accounts. The Quicken vault retains all your bank credentials so you do not have to go in and type every single one each time. 

    In addition, the Quicken vault's password does not have to only contain numbers, but also letters and symbols.
