Possible stock quote update fix

After last night's Windows update, I tried to login in to Community.quicken.com to see if anyone else was having trouble with quote update. Got a message from Windows Defender saying it was blocking the website and gave me a couple of tick boxes for network type. Private network was not ticked, only public. I ticked private, restarted Quicken, and the quotes updated just fine.

Based on what is being said on this thread it seems to be intermittent.
