ONGOING 12/7/21 Capital One CC-901/501 or Prompt to Re-Authorize Accounts

Our teams are seeing an increase in error CC-901 or Error 351 for Capital One.

    UPDATE 10/21/21: We are continuing to investigate this issue with our service providers.  In the meantime, it appears that deactivating and reactivating the impacted Capital One accounts may resolve the issue.  If you are unable to resolve the issue with the steps above, please follow these instructions:

    UPDATE 10/26/21

    We are investigating reports of some Users continuing to receive a prompt to reauthorize their accounts, a CC-501, CC-901 or an "Account Not Found" error with Capital One accounts after performing a deactivate/reactivate of the account(s) connection.

    We have escalated these errors to our service providers for further investigation and resolution, however, we do not have an ETA at this time for when a solution will be available.

    This issue remains ongoing, and we are currently working with our service provider to resolve the issue.
