Quicken Mobile app won't open on my iPad

Since a couple of updates ago mobile app won't work on my iPad although it works on my iPhone
Any body know what might be the problem

For instance, are you getting any error codes or messages? When you stated "mobile app won't work" could you elaborate? Also, are you using Quicken for Windows or Mac?

    Please provide more information so that we may move forward in diagnosing the issue at hand.
