Quicken update deletes all account online sign in information

I took the quicken update today and when I opened my accounts afterwards, all of the sign in information to download transactions was gone. The password vault was empty. Quickens support said it is a glitch in the system. They said to restore a backup and I did for the same file and the same problem happened. They then said to go back a few days and pull an older backup. That worked. Unfortunately I had spent an entire day in between backups making changes to my accounts and now it all has to be done again. Thanks for updating and breaking something that wasn't broken before.

    What version did you update from and what version did you update to? The update to R36 is currently paused for other issues.
