Cannot default to total amount due.
Option is there in dropdown, but simply moves highlighted "minimum" amount over.....

  • Hello @gooddog50

Thank you for the additional details. Since I was not able to find an error I would recommend validating the biller. To do this select Bills & Income >Settings (gear icon top right) >Review and Repair >Review and Repair Online Billers. A visual example is below.

Please attempt these steps and let us know how it goes!

Thanks Paloma, but already done that. Validate only brings up errors with my local city water billing that I have reported problems with to no resolution.

Update, a new "Update All" within the Bills & Income tab has fixed the error. Go figure....
    Thanks for reaching out.
(still have a problem with local utilities)

EDIT: Problem came back, see below

I spoke too soon. After "update all" this am, American Express reverted back to same problem. Cannot get it to default to "total amount due".
    Any ideas?

  • Hello @gooddog50

Thank you for your response. I have reported this as a bug and also resynced the biller on my end. I would recommend attempting to update again within 48 business hours. In the meantime, please do not delete the online biller. If the bill is due within a week's time frame I would also recommend going to the biller directly and making the payment. Therefore, you don't miss or have a late payment.

Hope this helps. Let us know how it goes and if you have any questions/concerns.
