ONGOING 12/5/21 "Service provider change OK right away" Error

We have received some contacts in regards to users getting a "Service provider change OK right away" error when trying to add new accounts in Quicken Windows.

Once this error message appears, the only way to get rid of it is to close Quicken entirely using the Task Manager: Ctrl+Alt+Delete > Task Manager > select Quicken Windows > End Task



Our teams are aware of this issue and have opened an escalation ticket to further investigate and work towards a resolution, though we do not have an ETA available at this time.
