Online Access / Update

My connection w/ B of A was magically disconnected. Not unusual, happens many times. When I go to re-set up the connection. Asks for UID & PSW. Fine, no problem. Then it prompts for confirmation via text at my home ph. land line that doesn't receive text. This is the only choice and cannot be changed. Quicken says it's B of A. B of A says it's Quicken. BTW: my choice to receive is email. I've never selected text on any app or product. I don't do it. Period.
