ONGOING 12/5/21 Golden 1 Credit Union - CC-505/105

Our teams have identified an internal script error causing some users to receive a CC-505/105 error when attempting to add or update accounts with Golden 1 Credit Union.

This error has been escalated to our service providers for further investigation and resolution, although at this time we do not have an ETA when a solution will be available.

    Our teams continue to work to resolve this error, however, some Users have reported that they are able to successfully reactivate connections and download transactions when selecting "Golden FCU" from the financial institution list.

    If you are still experiencing a CC-505/105 or "Oops, something went wrong" error with Golden 1 Credit Union, please deactivate the Golden 1 accounts (if they aren't already), then go to Add Account (Windows - Tools >Add Account)  (Mac - Accounts > New) and enter "Golden FCU" into the search box.

    Select "Golden FCU" from the list and enter your login credentials.  You should now be able to link to the already existing accounts in Quicken and download new transactions.

    Our teams continue to work with our service providers to restore connections for Golden 1 Credit Union.

    If you haven't already, we encourage users who are receiving a CC-505/105 to follow the steps above to change the connection to "Golden FCU".
