Online Balances not updating on several accounts

So this started about a month ago on one of my financial institutions and now at least one other credit card is doing the same things. The transactions download but the online balance seems to be stuck and does not update. Using Quicken Home & Business Version R36.23 Build I tried doing at least one of the solutions that worked for someone else which was signing out and back in to Quicken ID but no luck. Any other solutions to this? I do believe these are express web connect type accounts and at least one has an improved method but think I have to sign up for it. Not sure if that matters.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community with your question. Can you please provide me with some more information on what steps you may have already tried besides signing out and back in? This way I am not suggesting things that you have already done. I do have a few ideas that I think may help!
