Difficulty Logging in to Quicken on the Web

Every time I try to login to Quicken on the Web, I get this message: "Unauthorized access.
An error occurred while verifying your credentials, please try again. If you believe you have received this message in error please contact support." I then enter the exact same username and password and I get logged in. This never fails. Every single time I try to login I get the error message on the first attempt and then the second attempt is successful. I know I am using the exact same credentials because my password manager is automatically filling in the data.

    Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Community. We apologize you are having this issue. To better assist you, more information is needed. What browser are you using? Do you have a VPN? I would also recommend clearing the cache/cookies and attempt login in again. 

    Please elaborate further to provide the appropriate guidance.
