ONGOING 12/5/21 Chase Returns a FDP-3000 or 185 Error

We are investigating reports of some Quicken for Windows and Mac users receiving a 185 or FDP-3000 error when attempting to add or update accounts with Chase.

If this error is received, please allow up to 3 hours and then attempt to add/update accounts once more.
