Investing Module

I have 100 shares of a stock and it consists of lots equaling 160 shares (see below) I have spent hours with quicken support and received no help. Any suggestions?

    Perhaps you can provide some detail of what you and Quicken Support have already tried, that didn't work?
    If the lots shown in your picture are all the result of simple "Bought" actions then the first thing I'd try is to delete those transactions and then re-enter them.  You might also work backwards through time by changing the dates of the Holding window and try to see when the error first showed up, then delete the last transaction prior to that date in this security and re-entering that transaction.

    Having a placeholder(s) in the account can cause this.
    Placeholders can change the total number of shares without being in a "security lot".

    Make sure that you have turned on the Show hidden transactions option:
