Problems downloading transactions. (Q Win Canada)

When I try open a QFX file after downloading my transactions, my transactions do not appear in Quicken

    Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Community. We apologize you are having this issue. To better assist you more information is needed. For instance, how are you opening your QFX file? Are you simply clicking on it or are you attempting to open it through Quicken? Also, are you getting any error messages? 

    Please provide more details so that we may move forward with diagnosing this issue.
