RESOLVED 01/18/22 LoanCare Servicing Center Returns CC-501/101 Error

 Our teams have identified an internal scrip error causing some users to receive a CC-501/101 error when attempting to add or update accounts with LoanCare Servicing Center.

This error has been escalated to our service providers for further investigation and resolution, however we do not have an ETA at this time when a solution will be available.
