Reauthorizing Charles Schwab Downloads (Error OL-301-A)

If you receive an OL-301-A error with Schwab accounts, you will be presented with an option to Reauthorize your accounts. 



Please follow the prompts to sign in and re-establish your Schwab connection.


If the above instructions fail to resolve the errors, please try the following steps provided below:
  1. Update Quicken to the latest release version using the Mondo Patch found here.
  2. Update Branding and Profile by navigating to Online Center > HOLD ctrl + shift and click on Contact Info (make sure to select a Schwab Account to Update and Send)
  3. Deactivate the old zzz-Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. financial institution
  4. Reactivate with the new Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. financial institution
If this does not resolve the issue, then please reach out to Quicken Support for further assistance so our support team can collect all data necessary in order for our Tier 2 team to further investigate.
