ONGOING 01/18/22 Sign in Loop Error Message (MAC)
We are seeing an increase of Quicken Cloud connection errors with Quicken for Mac. The error reads as follows: "Quicken could not verify the connection to Quicken Cloud".
Users have reported getting into a sign-in loop with online services when adding and updating online accounts.
Quicken > Preferences > Connected Services and Quicken > Preferences > Mobile, Web & Alerts show message:
This has been escalated internally and we are currently working with our service provider to resolve the issue, though we, unfortunately, do not have an ETA available at this time.
