UPDATED 12/3/21 Schwab Accounts Missing Investment Transactions

We have identified an issue that is preventing some investment transactions from being correctly downloaded into Schwab online accounts in Quicken. This issue will be fixed in an upcoming patch.

    UPDATE 12/2/21

    Some Schwab users continue to experience issues with investment transaction not downloading.  If this behavior is experienced, ensure you are updated the latest release (R37.37) from the Help menu > About Quicken.

    If you have not yet updated to this release, the Mondo Patch is available to download from here.

    If this behavior persists on the R37.37 release, we recommend going to the Edit menu > Preferences > Downloaded Transactions view and selecting the option to "Automatically add to investment transaction lists".

    Then, go to the register for a Schwab investment account and select the Actions menu > Update Transactions.

    The missing transactions should then download and appear in the register.

    UPDATE 12/3/21:

    We have confirmed and are investigating the root cause of this issue (a special thanks to community members who assisted in troubleshooting!).  We will update this thread with more information on a resolution as soon as it's available.
