RESOLVED 11/30/21 Mobile & Web Displays Un-Synced Investment Accounts

We have noticed that Quicken is not sending updates for un-synced investment accounts. As a result, mobile and web still display un-synced account information.

This has been escalated internally and we are currently working with our service provider to resolve the issue. The fix will be released in a future HotFix. Unfortunately, we do not have an ETA available at this time.

    This issue has been resolved. The fix was released in the R36.45 Hotfix. Here is a link to a Knowledge Base article for updating/patching your Quicken subscription.
